What Is The Opportunity?

This is a key role in supporting the management of branch operational needs while fulfilling Welcome Advisor duties.

You will provide a highly professional, friendly and outstanding service to our business and personal customers while ensuring the delivery of operational activities across risk, customer service and business delivery.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Work with the Bank Manager and Customer & Service Manager carrying out compliance with branch RCSA requirements and with all other compliance and security procedures including Admin checks, AML, Drafts, FX, Fees & Charges and Health & Safety.
  • Be responsible for security of value in branch and smooth running of cash / customer service operations, being the first point of escalation within the branch for queries and customer complaints.
  • Act as the voice of the customer championing change and continuous improvement.
