Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and update client data in various systems for both new and existing clients. Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries, escalating issues when necessary. Ensure precise input of data to mitigate risks.
- Meet customer service standards by delivering exceptional service.
- Maintain and update procedural documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Generate management reports and maintain key metrics.
- Assist the manager with team administrative functions as needed.
- Support internal auditors and other control areas by gathering necessary data.
Skills:
- Preferred 3-4 years of experience in capital markets, banking, or wealth management. Previous experience working in an operations environment.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, leadership, and time management skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and handle high work volumes in a demanding setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
