What is the opportunity?

This role offers an exciting opportunity for the Operations Lead to work with the Advisory & Operations team in the delivery of Information Security (IS) operational activities and Cyber security specific regulatory, risk and compliance deliverables!

We are looking for an individual with strong governance oversight, risk and financial management experience.

In this role, you will:

• Support business unit day to day operations and delivery of central initiatives.
• Optimise GIS financial position through support for delivery of the IS operational budget and engagement with finance partners.
• Senior management support across regulatory, risk and audit engagements.
• Prepare submissions and papers for internal and external partners.
• Work collaboratively on the people agenda in delivery of the IS recruitment and communications strategy and plan.

You will also have the opportunity to work directly with the BOI Group CISO, and exposure to senior management while building networks across the organisation. You will also benefit from upskilling opportunities throughcontinuous learning and development & mentoring.

Essential Experience

• Experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a high degree of initiative.
• Strong communications skills & experience of stakeholder engagement.
• Supporting development of executive level papers
• Proactive operating style and organisational skills with a propensity for action
