Description:
The Organic Performance Strategist is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance organic performance metrics across various digital channels, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and increase audience engagement with a specific focus on the top 10 markets. The strategist is also responsible for the design and test of innovation projects, as well as the project management of migrations. The design and constant optimisation of the workflow with the IT team, the global capability center and the markets is also part of the scope of this role.
The Organic Performance Strategist is responsible for strategy, planning, goal setting, results and quality, bringing an insightful out of the box vision, data driven perspective and with a clear focus on Randstad business goals.
your responsibilities include:
- Create vision for organic performance in Randstad based on external best practices inside and outside our industry
- Developing specialized sourcing, talent attraction and engagement strategies for different specialities
- Identify trends and insights to continuously optimize organic performance strategies and tactics and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on the performance of such initiatives
- Develop and execute comprehensive organic performance strategies to increase website traffic, enhance search engine rankings, and improve audience engagement
- Collaborate with the different stakeholders to assure that the global platform is the best in class and SEO-proven by design
- Integrate new channels in the organic performance consultancy, such as YouTube and LinkedIn
- Manage blueprints for SEO operational management
- Set targets for SEO and other organic channel performance
- Project management for innovative projects
- Create solutions for improvements based on insights of the global capability center
- Support the talent market performance cycle
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics
