Description:
Our client is a world recognised organisation, that has grown significantly since it's foundation and is going through a substantial transformation programme currently. As the Interim Organisational Design Lead, you will have responsibility for managing and accelerating the programme through close partnership with colleagues across the change workstream to ensure smooth implementation and completion.
The Role
- Review and extrapolate key insights from the programme with a focus on moving forward to the end goals and objectives.
- Review and extrapolate key insights from 'Vision' workshops, led by the Change Management Team.
- Manage and facilitate workshops to gain an understanding of activity across various department service areas.
- Draft initial organisational structure(s) with relevant stakeholders as per key objectives.
- Review draft organisational structure in line with the company OD framework, applying organisational design principles such as spans and layers, governance and ways of working.
- Design job descriptions in collaboration with Leadership Teams.
- Ensure all change implementation is aligning to ongoing and planned transformation programmes, projects and succession planning.
- Support consultation activities, including attendance at employee consultation sessions and union engagements.
- Collate, interpret and review output from the consultation sessions and align the company OD framework.
- Review any outcomes of consultations to understand if amendments are needed to job roles and structures.
- Work closely with change workstreams to as required to support various engagement activities.
