Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:
 

  • Support the Paid Media Manager in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social, and display.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
     

Performance Analysis & Optimization:
 

  • Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends and insights, optimizing campaigns accordingly to drive effectiveness and ROI.
  • Work closely with the Paid Media Manager and media agency to maintain campaign performance at optimal levels.
     

Collaboration & Creative Development:
 

  • Collaborate with data, analytics, and reporting teams to develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports.
  • Partner with the communications and content team to create compelling creative assets and content that drive engagement and conversions.
     

Innovation & Strategy:
 

  • Develop and execute a test-and-learn roadmap to refine and expand current and future activities.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance campaign performance and customer engagement.
     

About You:

Education & Experience:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through digital marketing channels.
     

Skills & Tools:
 

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and other relevant digital marketing technologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing external agencies and vendors is essential; media agency experience is an advantage.
