Responsibilities:

Financial Plan Preparation: Assist in developing comprehensive financial plans for clients, including retirement planning, investment strategies, tax planning, and estate planning.

Research and Analysis: Conduct research on investment products, insurance options, tax strategies, and other financial services to help the financial planners make informed recommendations.

Client Interaction: Prepare client meeting materials, including financial reports, projections, and plan recommendations. Attend meetings when necessary, and assist in client follow-up.

Data Management: Collect, organize, and input financial data for client accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Compliance: Ensure that all client documents and financial plans comply with applicable regulations and firm policies.

Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining client files, updating financial databases, and preparing client communications.

Ongoing Education: Stay up-to-date with the latest financial regulations, products, and trends to ensure that clients receive the most current advice

 

Qualifications:

  • Financial Planning and Personal Financial Planning skills
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification or at a minimum, QFA Designated with intention to complete the CFP
  • Experience in Retirement Planning
  • Experience in Wealth Management desired
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
