We are now inviting applications for the role of Parts Advisor for Frank Keane Volkswagen.

Frank Keane Volkswagen is Dublin’s largest Volkswagen Sales and Aftersales Retailer currently located in Liffey Valley Motor Mall, Dublin 22 and Deansgrange, Co Dublin. As a result of strong demand from Volkswagen customers we are seeking to recruit Parts Advisors to join our team as we expand to become the first choice for Volkswagen in Dublin.

• Well presented, very enthusiastic, and able to work on own initiative. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, be computer literate and be able to fulfil administrative duties. You will be confident in dealing with the public & trade alike. You will need to be a confident relationship builder, able to advise customers whilst delivering a first class service.
• Conduct daily stock control checks.
• To maintain department housekeeping duties.
• To order, organise and maintain the parts stock of the dealership.
• To accurately identify, locate and pick parts for Trade and Retail customers.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and email.
• Providing a high level of service to meet both technicians & customer's parts requirements
• Handling parts enquiries in person, by telephone & by email.
• Ordering, tracking, receiving & identifying stock & checking in goods from suppliers
• Store items in an orderly & accessible manner in parts department & ensuring accurate identification of parts
• Checking all paperwork, following up on errors & efficiently passing paperwork to accounts department
• Maintaining an excellent working relationship with colleagues in all departments
• Delivering high levels of customer service through efficient communication.
• Being highly organised and able to work on your own initiative.
• Working to deadlines and targets.
• Ensuring cleanliness & tidiness of work areas at all times
