A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Grade VII Patient Experience Co-Ordinators, Cork University Hospital from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part time duration may be filled.

The purpose of this post is to co-ordinate & monitor service user feedback (including complaints and compliments) upon receipt and assisting in ensuring responses are in accordance with the HSE Your Service Your Say Policy.

The post holder will report to the Quality and Patient Safety Manager, Cork University Hospital.

The post holder will also work closely with members of the Quality & Patient Safety Dept, clinical & administrative staff in the hospital, the Consumer Affairs office and the Office of the Ombudsman.
