Patient Flow

Description:

The Patient Flow CNM2-Emergency Department post will ensure the appropriate and optimal utilisation of beds for admitted patients within the ED department

The post holder will be based within the ED department when required working in collaboration with the CNM3 for the operational management of admitted patients.

• Candidates must be registered in the Children’s division of the Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (Bord Altranais agus Cnáimhseachais na hÉireann)

• Must have a minimum of five years post qualification experience, three of which must be recent experience within Children’s nursing in the acute setting.
