Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Payroll Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing weekly and monthly payrolls with a focus on accurate and timely processing.
  • Handling tasks related to starters, finishers, and pension calculations.
  • Collaborating with the HR department and other teams to ensure precise employee data and payroll information.
  • Processing ROS Submissions.
  • Executing payment of net pay through EFT, SEPA, and Internet banking.

 

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this role would:

  • Have experience using payroll systems, with preference given to those with Europay and SAGE experience.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, confidence, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Be adept at working under tight deadlines and time pressure.
  • Possess proficiency in Excel.
  • Be IPASS qualified with a minimum of 2 years of payroll experience.
