Organization

As part of the Global Payroll team, within the GBS function, this role will have responsibility for one or more of our EMEA payrolls as well as exposure to NAM and APAC payrolls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll related information from multiple sources, such as People Soft, Local HR, Corporate HR etc.
  • Assure computation of pay is according to company policy and in accordance with government egulations and tax legislation
  • Review payroll audit reports, team members input, and payroll register to ensure accuracy
  • Receive direction on completing creating and entering journal entries
  • Interpret company policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive material and information
  • Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll matters
  • Assist in special projects as assigned by Management
  • In conjunction with your line Manager, monitor and feedback on the performance of the payroll provider
  • Reporting internally through KPI's, and externally through ad hoc reports requested by customers
  • There may occasionally be a need to travel

Education And/or Experience

  • High School graduate, equivalent or above
  • Payroll qualifications such as IPASS or CIPP will be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in a Multinational payroll environment
  • Fluent English. Any additional language will be an advantage.
