At Barden, we are delighted to be working with a leading Engineering business based in County Limerick to help identify a Payroll Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established with the entire company going from strength to strength in their growing over the past few years. They have moved recently to state of the art offices to fit their growing team and their needs over the next few exciting years.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
· Process payroll accurately and on time, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits administration.
· Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including data entry, reconciliations, and reporting.
· Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related queries and issues.
· Other ad-hoc duties, month-end and year end tasks as required.
· Exercise discretion, integrity and confidentiality in all payroll matters.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
· Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, ideally with UK/International payroll exposure.
· Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and employment legislation.
· Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
