Payroll Specialist

Description:

An exciting global business with a start-up culture are seeking to hire an International Payroll Specialist to work on a remote basis. The position can be based anywhere in Europe.

You be responsible for -

• The input of payrolls for individual countries based across EMEA & AMER.
• Work with local vendors to ensure that salaries, shares, local taxes and social security payments meet local regulations.
• Confirmation with People team in relation to salary changes / variables, adhering to KPI's.
• Ensuring that payroll compliance standards are adhered to.
• Reply to payroll queries.

The successful candidate will -

• Will have current experience of working as an International Payroll Specialist processing complex payrolls for a minimum of 2 EMEA / AMER countries. More countries the better!!
• Have excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Probably have worked as an International Payroll Specialist within a start-up environment previously to suit the culture of the client.
