Working in our Development Hub, this role will interact with architects, engineers, Support and Development management and business stakeholders across the Link Group .

What you’ll be doing:

  • Production Support of Pega workflow systems, ensuring that the solutions continue to deliver against the business objectives.
  • Understand the enterprise application architecture, with particular focus on file and data interfaces to the Pega workflow systems.
  • Understand workflow rulesets and ensure that they are maintained in accordance with standards.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and documentation of solutions.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 years in IT, with extensive experience supporting enterprise level systems.
  • Fluent SQL and excellent understanding of Data Models – particularly mappings between databases.
  • Ability to proactively solve problems and work on own initiative.
  • A flexible ‘can do’ attitude, at ease taking accountability and ownership of tasks.
  • Pega 8+, Apache Tomcat 9+, Windows Server in Azure, O365 desirable
  • Experience of working within the financial sector desirable
