The successful candidate will be dealing with customer queries and requests in relation to retirement claims and transfer, so the role holder will have a varied working day. You will be able to process retirement claims and transfers within our SLA. Additionally, the post holder will also be able to respond to queries in a timely fashion and maintain a good working relationship with client's and brokers.

  • Dealing with brokers and customers on requirements for transfer and retirement claims both verbally and in writing
  • Ensuring that all regular information is checked and issued to ensure compliance with requirements
  • Responsible for ensuring that transactions are completed within specified timeframes and to the required quality levels
  • Processing customer requests to a high standard
  • Ensuring that good working relationships are developed and maintained with business partners internally & externally
  • Processing retirement claims and pension transfers and adhering to Customer Due Diligence
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints
  • Supporting the Team Leader in providing excellent customer service at all times
  • You will also be responsible for liaising with other internal departments in dealing with ongoing queries
