About The Opportunity

Deloitte have an excellent opportunity for a PA with strong customer service and interpersonal skills who enjoys supporting others in a busy commercial environment. This role sits within our Consulting Practice and will involve working closely with senior management. You will be directly responsible for the day-to-day management and support of Partners. This role will also support a large team of management consultants. The scope of the role is extensive and offers great opportunities to excel and fulfill your potential.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities
 

  • Providing an efficient administrative support service to Partners and senior members of the team, working with Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Diary management and arranging meetings, conference calls (internally and externally with clients) for Partners and senior members of the team
  • Reserving meeting rooms, equipment and coordinating catering requirements for both internal and external meetings
  • Organising travel arrangements, booking flights, accommodation, trains and taxis
  • Collating and distributing agendas and briefing documentation and taking minutes for meetings and conference calls
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and their PAs - developing and maintaining those relationships
  • Managing expense claims and fees
     

About You
 

  • Ideally a minimum of 5 years experience in a PA position supporting senior management
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Experience in a dynamic office environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and keep ‘one step ahead’ at all times
  • A High level of integrity and trust with confidential information
  • Strong administrative, organisational and business support skills
  • Adaptability in approach to work and ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Approachable and highly professional in manner with all levels of our people
  • Experience working within the financial/professional services sector is desirable
