The role will provide Personal Assistant support to the Fashion Buying Director for Brown Thomas Arnotts. Our Head Office is based in South Anne Street Dublin - a hub of creativity, style and innovation.

The successful candidate will be an experienced PA seeking a career in a dynamic and fast paced head office function. This role provides personal assistance and administrative support to ensure smooth running of the department.

KNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The role requires someone to be highly efficient with excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail skills. A good problem solver and decision making aptitude. Excellent Communication skills verbal and written. Discretion and Confidentiality are key.

You must have at least two years PA experience and be a confident communicator.

  • Responsible for the successful management of complex calendars and scheduling.
  • Email and documentation management.
  • Act as first line of response for the fashion buying department to internal and external queries.
  • Providing support for a range of external and internal meetings, including preparation of agendas, pre-meeting briefings & papers, and follow up.
  • Manage high volume of travel, create detailed itineraries and scheduling.
  • Oversee the wider buying team’s movements and holidays.
  • Coordinate team managers on people team matters – e.g. communication of annual reviews.
  • Manage team events/activities.
  • Expense claims and credit card expenses for the Directors, raising PO’s and liaising with suppliers.
  • Handle confidential information appropriately.
