We are seeking a Personal Lines Insurance - Customer Service Executive to join our team in Galway. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our personal insurance clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a dynamic and exciting role that requires a customer-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to our personal insurance clients via phone and email
  • Handle client queries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently
  • Ensure all client records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Process policy changes and renewals
  • Provide accurate and timely quotes to clients
  • Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • CIP or APA Personal General Insurance qualification
  • RELAY software experience desired but not essential
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills desired
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
