They are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Client Service Executive.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance with policy-related questions.
- Manage client accounts, including processing policy changes, endorsements, and renewals.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, policy documents, and other relevant information as needed.
- Conduct policy reviews and assessments to identify opportunities for coverage improvements or cost savings.
- Assist clients with claims reporting and follow-up, facilitating communication between clients and insurance adjusters as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance and recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
- APA ( insurance) is a must
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles, within the insurance industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
