Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations, staff, and stock control across the entire branch.
- Lead daily huddles and drive community initiatives.
- Ensure high levels of Sales, Service & Standards for customers.
- Execute sales, promotions, and cash handling duties.
- Oversee staff rostering, administration, and housekeeping.
- Collaborate with HR on staff performance, recruitment, induction
- Ensure mentoring and development interventions in place for inexperienced and new staff.
Skills & Experience
- A collaborative management style is essential with proven ability to lead, motivate, and engage a team.
- Retail Pharmacy Experience Essential
- Proven ability of mentoring and developing staff.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercially-aware with target-driven focus.
- Demonstrated involvement in community initiatives.
- Efficient in administration and adherence to exceptional store presentation standards.
- PC literate with SoftWorks, TouchStore, good working knowledge of Excel desirable
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
- Fluency in English
