This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer focused team. The IT Resourcing team provides resource management and planning support services for the IT Delivery and CIO organisations.

As an analyst within the IT Resourcing team, you will be responsible for supporting the resourcing of ESB’s IT investments using the SAP Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) tool as follows:

• Proactive monitoring of the IT Resourcing Mailbox to ensure excellent customer support is maintained.
• Provide support and training to end users via the IT Resourcing mailbox.
• Ensure that the IT contractor on-boarding / off-boarding processes are followed correctly. Work with Team Leads, HR and IT Teams to ensure new IT contractors are on boarded as per the agreed timelines.
• Ensuring data accuracy and data-quality is maintained.
• Liaise with Project Managers & Team Leads to ensure their resource plans are updated in SAP PPM.
• Support the team SME in identifying areas within the IT Resourcing team where operational improvements can be implemented.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly PMO reports and collate information to support the business in effective / timely resource decision making.
