Description:
My client based in Dublin is looking for an experienced PMO Co-Ordinator to join their team. As the PMO Coordinator you will support the Programme Management Office function in the governance and monitoring of IT and Cybersecurity projects and programmes. This role will require successful candidate to be onsite full time in Dublin City Centre.
The Job:
- PMO administration including onboarding new Programme and project managers, monitoring training and key compliance activities
- System administration of the PMO tools Planview and Jira.
- Portfolio demand and delivery reporting both from IT systems and building reports on Tableau/QlikView/PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint
- PMO and Portfolio overall status and compliance reporting
- Resource and capacity planning across the IT PMO programmes.
- Ad hoc reports and compliance follow ups as needed
- Manage enhancement requests for changes to the systems and processes.
- Support and contribute to Portfolio improvement initiatives as needed
Have you:
- Degree and/or postgraduate degree in business or information technology or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in project/PMO/portfolio administration or coordination
- Experience in working in a large scale multi-national global organization
- Excellent financial and numerical skills
- Experience in project and portfolio reporting and visualization
- Good experience with PowerPoint, Excel and data visualization tools e.g. Power BI/Tableau
- Project management qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience with Planview is an advantage.
