Practice Manager

Description:

Amicus has been engaged by a practice based in North Dublin who seek to hire an experienced practice accountant. The firm has resulted from the merger of two firms and the new entity is poised for significant growth. This role will largely be internal facing with a focus on quality of output.

• Support the Senior Client Manager in getting the work completed
• Help less experienced and less qualified team members in completing their tasks and jobs
• Review work completed by direct reports
• Train and develop the technical skills of direct reports
• Review teams work and ensure it for quality and have tasks and jobs done to completion stage for the Senior Client Manager
• Significant experience in practice
• High level of technical knowledge
