This role is key in contributing to the team's success by supporting the development of the Premier customer base by delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. The predominant focus of the role is to grow the mortgage share of BOI through proactive management of referrals through the revised Premier model while also identifying opportunities and referrals across the full suite of Bank of Ireland products.

The focus of this role is on leading the journey of Premier customers through the mortgage process while also being responsible for proactively growing BOI's market share across all key lines. This role is also focussed on proactively growing market share in the personal segments by increasing our volume of new to bank premier customers.

  • Collaborate with the Premier Relationship Advisor and Premier Life Planner to meet suggested activity standards and seamlessly lead customer handovers.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on accurate recording of customer engagements via CRM.
  • Rigorous pipeline management. Promote an omni channel Customer experience but with a digital first preference.
  • Guide customers through the mortgage process and ensure smooth handovers where required.
  • Always on business development mind set to complement the referral flow from premier relationship advisors and lead campaigns.
  • Proactively identify referral opportunities for Product Business Partners
  • Actively participate in Business Development Forums where appropriate for role.
  • Active involvement in networking events to generate new quality connections and business.
  • Ensure Premier customers are aware of the tailored service and benefits available to them.
  • Develop positive relationships with key intermediaries & influencers.
  • Work collaboratively within your county team, actively contributing to achieve county targets.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage credit illustrated through quality applications
  • Stay up to date with Mortgage regulatory requirements
  • Adhere to compliance, risk and regulatory procedures.
