Principal Python Engineer

They are at the stage where they are gearing up to handle massive volumes of data through the acquisition of new customers. What this means for their technical landscape and their engineers is plenty of exciting and complex problems to solve in the areas of scalability. As a Principal Software Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting various teams within the business to help them scale their applications, they leverage a cutting-edge technology stack of Python, Amazon EKS, and Kubernetes and you will leverage your expertise with these languages and tools to help support them on this journey.

This position would ideally suit a tenured Software Engineer and Technical Leader who has an excellent track record designing and building cloud-based web applications with a Python technology stack. Alongside this, you will ideally have experience in the nuances of building Software to scale. This position is remote-first but you will visit the office for key moments.

Skills/Experience:

• 10+ Years of Commercial Software Engineering Experience
• Strong Python knowledge (in a Software Engineering capacity)
• Strong exposure to AWS and associated services (ideally EKS)
