Description:

Client delivery - oversee team project delivery to ensure it is tracking as planned in terms of timings, quality and cost. Deliver projects where senior resource is required, support projects from senior perspective (e.g. attending meetings etc). Consulting on solutions in areas of:
 

• Competency framework design
• Workshop design and delivery
• Using qualitative analysis to develop behavioural and skills taxonomies
• Leadership assessment & development
• Job Architecture review and design to support compliance with Pay Transparency legislation
