Private Equity Associate

We are working with a private equity firm who specialise in industrial decarbonization investments across North America and Europe. Investing in the manufacturing, chemicals, energy efficiency and green energy, among other sectors, they are seeking to grow businesses that are focused on the future with sustainability and ESG principles. As a result of continued growth they are looking to bring on an experienced Associate into their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate to join a growing team, with exposure to senior stake holders and assist them in evaluating and executing transactions.

Ideal Associate candidates will have experience within the Private Equity market and therefore understand the importance of accuracy of data and relationship management, additionally you will have:

• Financial analysis and modelling experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills
• Strong skills in interpreting data and providing relevant conclusions and recommendations
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and an ability to work on your own
• Participation in all aspects of due diligence of potential investment opportunities
• Development and maintenance of financial models
• Preparation and execution of presentations regarding relevant investments
• Interaction with the stakeholders of the portfolio companies
• Quarterly reporting including investment write-ups and valuations
• Ad-hoc projects and duties required by senior management
