This role is part of the Strategy, PMO & Transformation directorate reporting to the RPA Delivery Manager within the Capability & Automation center of excellence.
The overall directorate delivers a shared service to the UK and Irish organizations and is accountable for the collaborative delivery of strategic, cross-functional programmes.
This role will sit within the Capability & Automation CoE area of Transformation, alongside specialists and developers, delivering bespoke and customized applications and implementing automations across the entire Three Organization.
The role of Process Improvement Specialist is a process optimization role to enable more effective automations within the organization and is accountable for researching, analyzing, and recommending improvements to business processes to identify trends and opportunities to optimise for improvement. Centralized change and improvement management will underpin our ambition to optimize processes for automations, ensuring we enhance customer and employee experience.
Identify process improvements to drive optimization for more effective automation.
Optimize or redesign process flows to meet project requirements.
Assist in determining project scope and schedule based on business needs and customer requirements.
Provide support to Business Analysts to identify optimization and improvements ensuring effective automation.
Perform data gathering, root cause analysis and performance trending.
Build a process catalogue approach to proactively monitor, and enhance key processes and eliminate waste and/or failure points
Identify, define & implement process optimizations for various directorates within the organization to support project deliverables.
Manage process optimization improvements via lean Six Sigma methodology
Provide clear and concise documentation to support the project milestones
Provide comprehensive tracking of improvements and their respective benefits
Achievement of key performance, cost and quality targets for Capability & Automation function
