The team is accountable for delivering against category strategy and act as the business partner to key stakeholders and suppliers. The team is responsible for setting the agenda for strategic sourcing and drive innovation opportunities to constantly manage spend and realise more value for BT.
You’ll drive and deliver the Network portfolio procurement plan and activities in BT’s B2B & Customer Solutions procurement practice. This role develops and implements procurement frameworks, policies and procedures that underpin BT’s B2B portfolio, products & go to market strategy. This role holds strong relationships with key portfolio product managers, suppliers and BT stakeholders to ensure procurement competency and continuous value delivery.

- Cisco / Network and IT procurement experience (or a mixture)
- Strong experience in Source to Contract process, able to understand complex customer requirements.
- Strong business expertise in portfolio purchasing and relevant categories, particularly around Customer Requirements, Supplier Capabilities, Commercial models, product lifecycles and partner programmes required to deliver portfolio and customer requirements
- Ability to manage complex, strategic and commercial requirements between BT and Suppliers, deliver projects and results on time and in full
