What we're looking for:

As a Level 2 Senior Product Designer, you have extensive experience in UX and UI domain with experience working in complex cross-functional product teams. You'll become a core part of one of 23 product teams developing Wrike, the latest acquisition by Citrix. Wrike is a leading Collaborative Work Management cloud platform with an innovative product that helps thousands of customers in 130 countries manage their projects, businesses, and employees. It's loved by global brands like Google, Airbnb, L'Oreal, Western Union, Fitbit, Hootsuite, Greenpeace, and startups around.

Role Overview

In this role, you'll be a key leader for the team, forming a strong partnership with Product Management and Engineering. You'll work on improving acquisition, activation, and monetization of Wrike by systematically reviewing customer journeys of new accounts, quickly testing the hypotheses, and implementing the most impactful solutions. The role will require outstanding interaction design skills, along with a strategic mentality and the ability to collaborate with different product teams, leading cross-functional dynamics to ensure teams deliver on customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Leading product design strategy by evaluating and identifying the intersection of business growth, customer needs, and technical opportunities
• Actively designing and building products by working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers
• Constructing compelling artifacts (wireframes, conceptual diagrams, user journeys, task flows, storyboards, etc.) that outline present conditions and proposed solutions to gain strategic alignment and encourage innovation within and across the organization
• Design approaches to rapidly test, validate, and de-risk designs, working closely with customers and development partners to make iterative improvements
• Participating in the continuous improvement of customer experience tools and processes, and scalable product design standards
• Assisting in customer research activities during the planning, strategy development, and early design of solutions
• Collaborating with development teams and business leaders to drive successful implementation of phenomenal experiences in our software and services
• Participating in design-thinking exercises to break through organizational silos and collaboratively seek sophisticated design challenges
• Providing occasional guidance and training to other employees within the job area
