Evervault is a technology company building encryption infrastructure. Our mission is to encrypt the web.

We enjoy working on our own, and together. We get things finished and obsess over minute details. We think rigorously and tinker quickly. We do the most challenging things first. We pick our problems to work on and solve them. We build, and don’t just talk about building. We’re generalists, and are not afraid of exploring unfamiliar domains. We keep things as simple as possible, but no simpler.

We're recruiting designers who will have total creative control over their work — which will span our Design System, Dashboard, Documentation, and Websites. Here's what we're looking for, and how we work:

While we don’t require any specific experience, we’re recruiting designers who can design and implement their ideas; designers who code — or, at least, who are willing to learn.

The actual implementation is where design matters — so, it’s important that our designers know how apps should look, work, and feel.

We invest a lot of energy into design. We know that technology is not enough to build great products, and that design is especially important when you’re building for other builders.

We have very little process. We keep workflows loose and fluid, and show each other as much work as possible. Keeping each other involved and continually inviting critique ensures that we discover and forge great design.
