Description:
This Product Lead position is a people management position. This position will be the link between the strategy definition and the product roadmap definition with the day-to-day execution.

- Profound knowledge and practical expertise in Agile delivery methodologies.
- Proven track record of crafting persuasive business cases and possessing strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, as high-quality documentation is as crucial as effective conversation.
- Proficiency in simplifying potentially intricate concepts, whether technical or not, and converting them into easily understandable narratives.
- Resilience and a positive attitude when confronted with challenges, motivating the team to overcome obstacles and deliver top-notch products.
- Capable of both questioning and offering guidance, while supporting the prioritization and execution of product features and enhancements to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Skilled in analyzing critical product metrics, user behavior, and market trends to guide product development.
- Competent in defining and implementing efficient work processes.
Required skills:
- A bachelor's degree, with a focus on either business or technology.
- Over 5 years of experience in a Product Manager/Senior Product Owner role
- Proven experience in effectively managing both daily execution tasks and staying current within the relevant industry.
- Held a leadership position with direct responsibility for a product management team for more than 2 years.
