Position Summary:
As a Product Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the development of our cutting-edge talent acquisition solutions. Wking closely with cross-functional teams and engaging directly with customers, you will be responsible f gathering requirements, priitizing features, and ensuring the successful delivery of our products. Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision:
- Develop a deep understanding of the market, customer needs, and competitive landscape related to Talent Acquisition and People Management.
- Define the product vision and strategy, aligned with the overall company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and user testing to gather insights and validate product ideas.
Product Roadmap and Planning:
- Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key features, enhancements, and timelines.
- Priitize and communicate product requirements based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Wk closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product milestones.
Product Development and Execution:
- Collabate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate product requirements into clear and actionable user sties and specifications.
- Drive the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct regular product demos, gather feedback, and iterate on the product based on user insights and market trends.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collabate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer suppt, and seni leadership, to align product initiatives with business objectives.
- Engage with customers and key stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and incpate it into product planning and development.
- Communicate product updates, milestones, and roadmaps to internal teams and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Product Perfmance and Analytics:
- Define and track key product metrics and perfmance indicats to evaluate the success of the product and identify areas f improvement.
- Conduct data analysis, user research, and competitive analysis to identify new opptunities and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Monit market trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our product remains competitive and innovative.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of SaaS product management experience, experience in the Recruiting HCM product implementation.
- Experience collabating with end clients and understanding customer business challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, research, and analyse data to drive infmed product decisions.
- Ability to make tough decisions and priitise product features based on business goals and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in behavioural-driven development practices and creating use cases is preferred.
- Familiarity with Cloud people management and HR applications and framewks are a plus.
- Experience in building SaaS products and catering to international markets is a plus.
- Proven ability to thrive in a collabative and fast-paced wk environment, while maintaining a positive and fun-loving attitude.
