Product Manager

 

Description:

As a Platform Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping and managing their platform, which is the foundation for multiple consumer-facing products. You will provide a cohesive vision, prioritise initiatives, and engage with developer stakeholders. Your work will have a significant impact on product lines and the overall success of the company.

 

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Prioritising and supporting the development of multiple consumer-facing products (GRC, CCM, HR, Contacts, etc), ensuring alignment with the platform's vision and objectives.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful delivery and updates to components such as workflow, Integrations, version management and other elements.
  • Developing and owning our security platform product's vision, strategy, and roadmap to support the needs of the other customer-facing products.
  • Drive end-to-end product and feature development by working closely with product owners, engineering, and design teams.
  • Managing complex technical requirements and balancing the needs of each product set to ensure we build the correct components.
  • Leading regular reassessments of priorities to ensure alignment with evolving business needs and user requirements.
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners to evangelise the platform's capabilities and drive adoption.

 

Required Skillset

To succeed in this role, you should have the following:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on platform products or similar technology solutions.
  • Deep understanding of low code platform technologies and their capabilities and products.
  • Proven track record of defining and executing a platform strategy and driving product innovation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, including internal teams and customers/partners.
