Product Specialist

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to work as a Specialist within a team that are tasked with handling governance and business delivery activities across the end to end Home Buying Business, ensuring delivery of maximum return.

As a member of this team, the successful candidate will be involved in all governance and delivery activities across the end to end Home Buying business in the Republic Of Ireland, covering mortgage operations, risk, regulation, compliance, legal and other governance activities.

In this role, you will:

• Act as a point of contact for complaints requiring SME input and handle complaints when required
• Complete robust product lifecycle reviews in the annual calendar and support new product initiatives through the triage process.
• Ensure complaint forum is in line with Group Policy and effective root causes analysis is being completed while ensure this is then used to advise targeted reviews across the business.
• Provide SME content on Data Protection Commissioner queries as and when they arise.
