The right person has:

 

• A wide knowledge of one or more of the following: Broadcast TV, Radio, Film, Events, Arts & Culture

• Excellent computer skills and the ability to adapt to new software quickly

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills (The ability to multitask effectively and work on many different projects simultaneously is a must!)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Patience and is hard-working, professional, and respectful and diplomatic at all times

 

 

What the job entails...

 

Staff Scheduling & Planning

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing staff schedules, including; sourcing, booking and scheduling staff for upcoming projects and creating rosters for frequent/ongoing bookings for our renowned clients
  • Strategically planning for large events and special productions
  • Managing quick turnaround or last-minute change bookings in a timely and professional manner

Candidate Management

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing new and current candidate profiles on our database – including creating and updating profiles as required
  • Working with our Service Delivery Manager to create and facilitate staff training
  • Send forms, timesheets, and contracts out to candidates for signature

Client Management

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing client accounts, including follow-up calls and assisting with booking and payment queries.

FOH administration

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing our main email and phone lines, including responding to and organising new CVs, setting up interviews and internal meetings, forwarding calls and answering general queries
  • General office management of office supplies, petty cash etc.
