Role of this position

• The Production Test supervisor reports to the Production Supervisor for the organisation of Electronic Test Technicians, test equipment, and test processes to ensure business and customer commitments are met.
• Plan resources to meet targets
• Monitor plan versus actual
• Continually refine and optimise processes

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Engineering qualification in Electronic Engineering or related discipline
• 5 + years leading people in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electronics - components and circuitry, test processes - Flying Probe, Functional test, ESS, Shock and Vibration
• A Lean qualification with experience is an advantage
• Ability to communicate appropriately across the range of roles from senior management to line operators
