Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Globalization team is looking for a Program Manager to develop and drive logistics and Data Center Hardware Lifecycle programs. This includes the aspects of managing the inbound and outbound logistics of Data Centers, overseeing supplier warehouses, and supporting asset management and decommission related planning activities. A hyper-scaled data center comprises a massive hardware demography - product category, original manufacturer, years of warranty, cost, and efficiency. The individual we're looking for would be a fast learner who is able to grasp critical information, apply best practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and hands-on for the execution.
- - Establish and build asset management related process flows. Identify gaps within operations and drive improvement & best work practices globally
- Initiate and drive supply chain asset management programs within assigned regions
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support business execution, monitor and report operational issues
- Support finance budget planning and assist with general sourcing requirements
- Design physical warehouse process flow, establish and build standard operational processes
- Evaluate supplier & vendor performances and communicate with cross functional teams
- Manage the life-cycle of servers and network equipment. Analyze the TCO from a financial, operational, and efficiency perspective
- Plan and execute the decommission strategy and integrate it into the planning cycle. Influence the hardware refresh cadence. Execute complex relocation, decommission, and liquidation plans
- Collect business requirements for datacenter system development. Identify and manage key metrics to track performance and support process improvements
- Lead the RMA, Virtual Return, Self-Warranty, and reverse logistics processes
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- - Bachelor degree in a technical or business field
- 7+ years of Supply Chain and Logistics Management experience, 3+ years in large-scaled Program Management and Data Center and Infrastructure experience
- Familiarity with CMDB, ITAM, or equivalent systems
- Experience executing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Experience collaborating with individuals across internal and external organizations, other geographies, and a "hands-on" approach to accomplish all necessary tasks
- Self-driven. Adaptive to multi-culture environment
