Under close supervision, this position performs application developer work, at the trainee/entry level. This position develops reports and programs at a low level, using detailed specifications created by senior developers. This trainee position is expected to learn a wide range of programming techniques and development methodologies, including using Google App Script, C#, Java Script, Dynamics CRM, Agile, SCRUM, DevOps, and object-oriented techniques, to design, develop, implement, and maintain low to moderate complexity computer applications. They attend customer meeting with senior developers to learn requirements gathering, teamwork, customer service and project leadership skills. They participate in quality assurance testing, creating, and reviewing documentation, creating design specifications and training agency users on application features. An irregular work schedule may be required of this position. Performs other duties as assigned.

• Preference may be given to applicants who have experience in Google App Script, C#, Dynamics CRM, Agile, SCRUM and DevOps methodologies.
