Project Administrator

 

Description:

The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Coordinator to help implement Ballymote FRC work plan. To manage the day to day administration and all Finance administration involved in running the Centre and act as overall support to the work of the Family Resource Centre.

The ideal candidate should have the following:

Essentials

  • Relevant qualification at minimum QQI Level 7 (Higher Certificate, Advanced Certificate), for e.g. Advanced Certificate in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computerised Accounts or similar qualification
  • Experience in financial record keeping, financial reporting and using computerised accounts software and systems. Experience with Thesaurus Brightpay payroll systems, and SAGE accounting systems -SAGE 50 Essentials.
  • Experience of computerised and manual payroll systems
  • Office management experience, organisational and secretarial skills
  • Experience of working in reception and administration
  • Information Technology skills, experience with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent IT, social media and report writing skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people and provide information using a range of communication methods including social media and newsletters.
  • Excellent standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to be proactive, use own initiative and work effectively within a pressurised environment.
  • Positive and flexible approach to team working.
  • Access to own transport and a full clean driving license.

Desirables:

  • Experience of working with a voluntary board of directors.
  • Experience of working in the Community and Voluntary Sector
  • Experience of administration of funds from multiple funders
