Project Manager

Our client is a well-established international company in the fast-paced international software sector. Due to continued expansion, they have retained PBRecruitment to hire a junior Learning Team Lead/Project Manager.

This is a broad role which will have a focus on client relationship management and project management. You will liaise with various inhouse teams to develop a firm understanding of client needs in advance of new product launches, and you will conduct training/awareness/support meetings for the clients. Your remit will include client relationship management, facilitating up-selling and cross selling within existing clients. You will assume responsibility for new products to ensure seamless rollout to sponsors and you will apply risk and issue mitigation strategies in the on-going management of the projects you are involved in.

You are a software professional with some project management experience and you have great communication skills. Ideally you have a background in either the software eLearning sector and/or in the pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare industry sector.

You have relevant experience in a client facing role, ideally in the pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare industry, you are customer focus and goal oriented and you have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, issue management and resolutions skills.
