About The Position

We are seeking a highly-motivated, collaborative, self-starter as our first dedicated Project Manager for the People Team. This role will partner across all People Team Centers of Expertise (COEs) as well as the Company’s PMO team. The Project Manager will be the glue that pulls the entire People Team together, keeping us organized, connected, and aligned to our roadmap and strategic priorities.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide holistic oversight, direction, and coordination across all People Team programming and strategic initiatives for all COEs.
  • Manage and drive global HR projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying timelines, scopes, dependencies, budget estimations, project implementation plans, risk mitigation, and change management.
  • Monitor and assign project resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary to key stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate all administrative, budgetary, and operational activities for the Chief People Officer including People Team all-hands, staff meetings, agendas, meeting minutes, and team building activities; Plan and execute additionally activities as needed for the Chief People Officer;
  • Responsible for the People team annual roadmap and budget, monitoring the progress and health of our team’s goals and provide timely updates to the People Leadership team;
  • Plan and execute activities as needed for the Chief People Officer;
  • Ensure People Team projects and project management approach is aligned with the broader PMO organization;
  • Build Executive level presentation materials/slideware and facilitate meetings as needed;
  • Work cross-functionally with People Team COEs and the broader organization.

What We’re Looking For

  • BS/BA Degree or higher
  • 5-7 years of project management experience in a multi-faceted, high growth environment
  • Knowledge of HR Business processes (preferred)
  • Professional project management certification (PMP, Six Sigma) preferred
  • Experience with project management systems including Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence preferred
  • Experience with Workday preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities as a leader of projects
  • Superb and effective verbal and written communication skills - succinct and vivid for topics that can be complex
  • Adaptability to adjust as the business grows and evolves
  • Self-starter who is highly organized and solution-oriented
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information; position continually requires demonstration of poise, tact, and diplomacy
  • Ability to pay meticulous attention to detail yet also sees *the big picture*
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
