Project Manager

Description:

They are looking for someone with a good understanding of Agile, Scrum and product management practices. They’ll track priorities across project deliveries and have a lead role in working with private and public clients, ensuring regular progress, feedback and priorities are set and delivered.

Responsibilities:

Project owner across functional areas, from Research & Development to Customer Success, ensuring technology, product and delivery activities are aligned and well timed. Ensuring order and priorities of features and capabilities, including resourcing needs, are aligned to meet multi-project needs.

Communication of project risks, progress, critical path analysis, as well as providing oversight into certain Customer and market related activities. Oversee and manage up to 2 large-scale Research/Technology related projects whilst also working on faster-paced Product Development and Customer related activities.

Ensuring balance and trade-offs are performed across feature and improvements, as well as risk assessment of partners and external third party providers. Manage conflicting needs and priorities across multiple projects. Being in a position to estimate and quantify productivity, technology deficits, and planning estimation so as to enable better business decisions.

Comfortable to challenge, debate, and disagree so as to arrive at the best decision and alignment with different stakeholders. Document and present project status, progress, issues and priorities.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree. 3+ years’ Project Management Experience

Development Methodologies/Frameworks (Scrum, Agile, Kanban). Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators. Ability to accumulate and transform data into tangible reports and actionable information. Knowledge of project management methodologies.
