Project Manager

Description:

Seeking an experienced water and wastewater Project Manager to work in the construction of water and wastewater installations throughout Munster.

• Site Inductions.
• Preparation of RAMS
• Co-ordination Meetings with subcontractors and Clients rep.
• Record Keeping
• Issuing of Permits
• Recording of Incidents and accidents
• Ordering of Materials
• Scheduling of delivery of Materials.
• Supervising Daily Activities.
• Ensuring compliance with contract program and updating of same.
• Ensuring compliance with Health and safety standards.
• Compilation of material for o & m File.
• Ensuring compliance with the HSEQ management system.
• Reporting to the Project Manager
• Resolution of Daily issues as required.
• Updating of Drawings in conjunction with the Design engineer as and when required.
• A mechanical or electrical based academic qualification, preferably degree level
• Strong Management skills
