In More Detail, As a Project Planner, You Will
 

• Master Scheduling: Develop, integrate, and maintain project schedules using P6, ensuring alignment with client expectations and milestones.
• Resource Optimization: Collaborate with PMs to efficiently allocate resources across projects, forecasting needs and adjusting allocations in real-time to meet projects demands.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor progress, identify deviations, and generate transparent reports for PMs and the senior team, providing predictive analysis to preemptively address potential deviations, risks, and challenges.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Accountability: Engage with PMs, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of progress reporting and project schedules, fostering a collaborative environment to provide transparency and accountability for collective success.
• Continuous improvement: Recommend and implement improvements in planning processes and tools.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in project planning, with a strong emphasis on EPCM and HVAC projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Demonstrated experience in EPCM and HVAC project planning and execution.
• Understanding of Project Management principles and techniques in the scheduling area, project control, business focus and customer-centricity.
