About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced New Business & Property Development Manager to assist in overseeing the expansion of a “Housing Authority” supply through new development opportunities.
On successful hire your Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Identify, promote, and secure new housing acquisition, management, and development opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Operate with good commercial and financial acumen, and deliver new business creatively and responsively.
- Negotiate, liaise, and communicate effectively with potential clients, local residents, tenants, and councillors.
- Work closely with the Head of New Business & Delivery to provide affordable/cost rental housing.
- Manage the New Business team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects, meeting or exceeding all relevant KPIs.
To be considered for interview your Qualifications and Requirements will include:
- Relevant third level qualification in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within the IRISH OR UK property sector.
- Experience in development, construction, negotiation, and legal conveyance processes.
- Proven ability to manage a development programme and optimise team performance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Own vehicle and full clean driving license required.
- MS Office proficiency.
