- Creating and executing tests, troubleshooting issues, and identifying corrective measures.
- You will be in charge of running tests to make sure software functions properly and satisfies customer needs.
- A proper project SOW, project execution pipeline, and other related documentation and procedures should be developed and implemented for the professional services team.
- Executes test scripts in the area of accountability, conducting tests as needed, and reporting on test activities and outcomes in compliance with project plans.
- Contributes to the creation of test cases, quality assurance plans, data, scripts, and assessment preparation.
- researches defined concerns, reports risks, and finds test issues.
- Make test plans and test cases that are thorough, detailed, and well-organised.

- Find, note, carefully document, and track bugs.
- After fixing bugs, thoroughly test the new code.
- Create and use testing procedures for both new and existing products to satisfy customer needs.
- Track the result of the debugging procedure.
- Look into the reasons why non-conforming software exists, then teach users how to put the fixes in place.
- Stay on track on new testing techniques and technologies.
