Description:
We are recruiting for a highly experienced QA Test Manager to manage a QA team during an exciting time of growth!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead an experienced QA and testing team, encouraging high performance and efficiency
- Create and execute a detailed testing strategy
- Liaise with managers to ensure that the test plan aligns with the overall project
- Deliver detailed reports to all levels of stakeholders , discussing progress and addressing any issues that have been identified
- Mentor and guide junior members of the team and assist with the overall recruitment process
Requirements:
- At least 8 years' experience within Test Management
- Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager experience would be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of Project Management and Test Management methodologies
- In depth knowledge of software testing (manual and automated testing tools)
- Strong API and Performance Testing experience
- Experience of working in a DevOps environment and CICD
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Degree in a related field
