Description:
This is a permanent opportunity with an employer of choice in Meath. The successful candidate will join a business that has experienced rapid expansion, year on year.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the end-to-end finance function, you will be responsible for month end, quarter end close and year end.
- Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoicing, Banking, Reconciliations and Debtor collection.
- You will be responsible for processing payroll for over 20 staff members.
- You will be responsible for VAT returns and liaising with the external accounting firm, working towards deadlines and reporting on a monthly basis.
- You will be responsible for producing management accounts and financial information which will support the business in making key decisions.
- Adhoc duties that arise.
Requirements:
- You will be a fully Qualified / Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or CPA)
- Experience within the Construction industry is an advantage but not essential
- Experience in financial systems such as Sage 50.
- You will have strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
